- automobile radiator, metalplastic pipe, the closed barrel on 400 liters, mineral heater, tubular thermal insulation, a wooden board, aluminum foil, the sheet of glass, connecting couplings for a metalplastic pipe.
Instruction
1. Make of a wooden board a framework by the radiator size. From within warm it mineral wool. Over cotton wool put aluminum foil. From each party connect to a radiator by means of connecting couplings on 1 meter of a metalplastic pipe. Lay a radiator on aluminum foil. From above fix the sheet of glass. Install the turned-out solar heater under such corner that sunshine at ten o'clock fell of morning on it at right angle. Arrange the collector at the height of 2-2.5 m so that during the day on it no shadow fell.
2. Near the collector at the height of 3.5-4 m install the closed barrel on a metal framework. Or arrange it in the garret of the house if established a solar collector about a wall of this house. Cut four pipes in a barrel: rub from above, one from below. One top pipe has to be located above the maximum level of water in a flank. This pipe is necessary for filling of a barrel with cold water. The second top pipe is intended for selection of hot water and cut it at the height of two thirds from the full height of a barrel. Near the second there is the third pipe, together with the pipe located below connect it to a solar collector by means of metalplastic pipes.
3. If desired for full automation install the float-operated or contact sensor of turning on of the pump filling this barrel in a barrel. Adjust the sensor so that all pipes, except the topmost, always were in water. Carefully warm a barrel mineral heater, and pipes on all length tubular thermal insulation. For increase in power of a system on half-buildings is higher than the first install the second solar heater and it is consecutive with the first connect to a system.
