This house dish is loved in each family. Dumplings, dish simply magnificent and universal. It is cooked from any meat: chicken, beef, pork, meat of a game and even from a minced fish. Ingredients cost not much, and the result is worth of efforts. At the same time, the home-made dumplings made with care and love will be always more tasty than store. The shop adds preservatives, chemistry for deduction of water in forcemeat to dumplings, use cheap raw materials. It is worth thinking twice that to you it is more important, tasty and healthy food or lack of efforts.
It is the recipe of classical meat dumplings from forcemeat. The meat specified in the recipe can be replaced with any which you love, at the same time the ratio of ingredients won't change. You can use: beef, chicken, turkey, mutton, game, duck.
Ingredients for the test:
- Flour 3 glasses (+1 glass on a podsypaniye)
- Egg 1 piece
- Water 1 glass
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Ingredients for forcemeat:
- Pork of 500 g.
- Milk of 200 ml. (1 glass)
- Onion 2 small bulbs
- Garlic at the request of 2-5 cloves
- Salt 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper 1 pinch
Doughing
We pour out 3 glasses of flour on a table and we do a crater, without leaving in the center of flour. In the middle of a crater we pour in vegetable oil, egg, water, we add salt and accurately we begin to mix with flour. A hand gradually we tighten flour in the center of a crater and we mix with liquid while there dense weight isn't formed. We mix dense weight with all flour on a table and it is carefully kneaded.
Dough which we received needs to be put in capacity and to cover with a towel or polyethylene. The covered dough will "have a rest" within 30 minutes, and then it needs to be kneaded once again.
Dough after the second batch has a rest 30 more minutes then it is ready to expansion.
Preparation of forcemeat
Meat it is necessary to wash a baking plate flowing water and to cut on small parts, onions to clean, wash and too to cut. On the meat grinder we scroll pork and onions, we add to them: milk, salt, black pepper is also carefully kneaded.
Molding of dumplings
