  • - olive oil — 3 tablespoons;
  • - garlic — 2 cloves;
  • - chili pepper — 1 piece;
  • - chicken legs — 1.2 kg.

Instruction

1. Wash out chicken legs in flowing water, and then dry. Small cut chili pepper. We will pass to preparation of spicy marinade.

2. Crush several garlic gloves, add olive oil, lemon juice, bitter pepper, salt, chili pepper, liquid honey. Properly mix all components.

3. Water chicken legs with the marinade prepared earlier, put in the fridge on an hour and a half.

4. Wash out and cut tomatoes on a part. Chop onions on large rings. Oil a baking tray olive, lay out on it chicken legs, atop — tomatoes with onions.

5. Sprinkle all ingredients olive oil, put in the oven warmed to 200oC and bake within 1 hour 10 minutes. Water a dish each 10 minutes with marinade.

6. Add in 10 minutes until ready a branch of rosemary and a sage. The Bombay chicken is ready and it is possible to serve her on a table as an independent dish or together with any garnish.
