Home-made dumplings turn out incredibly tasty and fragrant. Mold them quickly enough if to prepare all products in advance. It is especially pleasant to mold dumplings in the family circle in the long evenings when it is possible to relax quietly, at the same time having made a tasty dinner.

Instruction

1. Make dough, for this purpose add to 500 g of flour 2-3 eggs and a little water or milk and also 0.5 teaspoons of salt. It is possible to add also a tea spoon of sunflower oil, it will turn out less sticky. You knead until dough becomes elastic, inwrap in cellophane and let it will a little lie down.

2. Prepare forcemeat to the taste, but don't forget to add to it a little pork for juiciness. It is possible to add butter or margarine to chicken forcemeat. Also put onions and other spices most of which of all are pleasant to you.

3. Take dough and cut off from it a small piece. A table slightly sprinkle with flour and roll on it dough with a rolling pin that thin layer about 1-1.5 mm thick turned out. Cut out a glass with keen edges of a mug. Don't roll all dough at once, circles will dry up and won't stick together during formation of dumplings.

4. Put a little forcemeat in the center cut out a kruglyashka and put it in half, close up dough at the edges. At you the semicircle has to turn out, connect two ears and the dumpling is ready. Repeat the same with all cut kruglyashka, products won't end yet. If forcemeat already reached a limit, and dough remained, you can put it in the freezer and use next time.

5. You cook dumplings of 5-7 minutes after they emerge on a water surface. You can add bay leaf and a little salt to the boiling water. Give on a table with sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup or chopped greens.
