It is required to you

  • 300 g of chicken fillet
    • 125 g of flour

    • 1 paprika
    • 1 small carrots
    • 1 bulb
    • 5 banks of tinned pineapples
    • 2 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce
    • east spices
    • salt

Instruction

1. Prepare a capacious bowl. Sift in this bowl flour through a sieve, add to it starch. Gradually pour in cold water in flour so that to avoid emergence of lumps. Dough has to turn out dense as sour cream on consistence. In conclusion add to it salt and oil.

2. Prepare meat. For this purpose take chicken fillet and cut it thin strips.

3. Put a deep frying pan on a plate, heat and pour in it vegetable or olive oil.

4. Serially dip each piece of chicken fillet in the made dough and put in a frying pan. Be careful, oil can "shoot"!

5. Fry meat on both sides before emergence of a gentle-golden crust. When chicken is ready, take out her from a frying pan and put on a paper towel or a napkin that excess oil flew down.

6. Further make juicy sauce. For this purpose cut very small strips paprika, grate carrots, chop onions and tinned pineapple small cubes. 8. When sauce is ready, remove it from fire and let's it be cooled completely. Lay out ready hot chicken on a wide flat plate, water with juicy sauce and give together with boiled rice.
