Latex represents the processed juice of a rubber tree of a hevea with use of some chemicals for giving of necessary properties. This lacteal juice is in bark and during damage of a surface begins to flow. Process it only in industrial conditions.
Instruction
1. As a rule, workers carefully cut off tree bark on diagonal. The cut of 5 mm in depth begins to be filled with white liquid slowly. This, the liquid reminding milk is also future latex. From each tree with a cut about 50 g of juice will flow out.
2. For one year cut off the site of bark which height reaches forty centimeters. The next year the cuts do on other site of a tree, present grows at this time. In 5-6 years on this site, bark completely will renew and on it it is possible to carry out collecting useful liquid again. Collecting begins with five-year age of a rubber tree.
3. Process of release of latex continues 2–3 hours, then channels are corked. Clots which corked channels are removed too and used for preparation of low-grade rubbers.
4. After collected juice turn into elastic rubber. It is filtered from impurity, for example, from leaves, after that juice within 10 hours is mixed with acid for hardening.
5. Further future rubber is passed via rollers to remove excess acid and water. Then mix is crushed, at this time it reminds the overroasted omelet, then burn in special huge furnaces within 13 minutes.
6. That latex developed excellent strength, it is subjected by curing. Influence it a number of chemical reactants, in - the main add sulfur. As a result excellent raw materials which serve as material for production of elastic bandage, medical bandages, erasers, balloons, surgical gloves, a bactericidal plaster, some types of footwear and articles of clothing, catheters, condoms, pacifiers, dummies, some pieces of sports equipment, massagers for teeth, a linen elastic band, paints, various masks, mattresses, pillows and another turn out.
