This chemical compound is often used during the rendering emergency medical service and treatment of different diseases, but it is necessary to prepare potassium permanganate solution correctly.

1. Preparing potassium permanganate solution, take several crystals and, stirring slowly, completely dissolve in a small amount of water. It is important to make this procedure metal or plastic objects which are resistant to coloring and influence of salt of manganese acid. Gradually pour in the turned-out solution in a vessel with clear water before obtaining necessary concentration which is very easy to determining by color of liquid.
2. When washing the stomach caused by food poisonings toxic substances use brightly red, but transparent solution of permanganate of potassium which one-one and a half liters need to be drunk. The specific "chemical" taste of such liquid will cause an emetic reflex and will promote spontaneous depletion of a gullet and intestines, and thanks to antiseptic properties there will be their disinfecting. 5. For processing of the wounds formed from stings of venomous snakes use concentrated – ten-percentage solution of potassium permanganate which has violet color.
6. For prevention of high perspiration of legs prepare solution of potassium permanganate of light pink color. Baths with this solution will reduce stalemate allocations. After each procedure grease skin with one-percentage solution of formalin.
7. For processing of decubituses use five-percent solution of manganese salt and you apply its one - twice a day on the struck places.
