Those which allow to give load only of specific group of muscles belong to the isolated exercises. It is worth including them in the training for formation of a muscular corset. Beginners are not recommended to use many similar exercises in trainings, and at professionals they have to make no more than 20%.

The isolating exercise on a biceps

It is recommended to choose exercise with fixing of an elbow, for example – bending of hands on Scott's bench. Take a bar at which the handle is bent, narrow hold so that palms looked forward. Get on the exercise machine, record a breast near a vertical emphasis and put a part of a hand from a shoulder to an elbow on the exercise machine. Inhale and lower a bar, before full straightening of hands. Make an exhalation and bend hands that the bar came to be at the level of shoulders. Stop for a second and make some more repetitions.

The isolating exercise on a triceps

The French press is considered one of the most effective exercises lying. It can be carried out as with use of a direct, and curved signature stamp. Settle down on a bench and take a bar so that between hands there were not less than 30 cm. Slowly bend hands and you get a signature stamp for the head, and then come back to initial situation.

The isolating exercise on pectoral muscles

It is recommended by such exercise to supplement basic options to achieve good result. It is possible to carry out such isolating exercise – a divorce of dumbbells from a prone position. Carrying out exercise even with a small weight, it is possible to load pectoral muscles as much as possible. It is recommended to carry out exercise after a press of a bar lying. Settle down on a back on a bench and, holding dumbbells in hand, hold them at slightly bent elbows. Slowly you part and you cramp hands, but only do not touch dumbbells to each other.
