Alpha female – female dominants in any hierarchical group. This term is widely used in ethology – the science studying behavior of gregarious animals. The alpha is designated by a letter the individual holding a dominant position in pack, a letter an omega – individuals derelicts.

In any collective the alpha female is quickly recognized by characteristic behavior:
- she is perfectly well-groomed though she can not be the beauty;
- it has an ideal bearing and the weakened position of a body;
- she does not seek to take less place and does not hesitate;

- people around try to begin with it a conversation, it is always open to communication, but does not try to be attached to the company;

- You do not apologize if you do not feel a regret. Do not use words lightly, be always sure of what you tell.
- You do not seek to resemble on people around, be more individual.
- Do not try to compete with men, working with their methods: to behave aggressively and energetically.
- Always you watch the appearance, you seek to be the most well-groomed, most elegant lady.
- Do not try to construct all. The authority on collective has to be recognized as collective.
- In the relations with men place emphasis on quality, but not on quantity. Do not agree easily to sexual offers and the more so you do not sleep with anyone.
- Do not spend time for the person ignoring or not respecting you, you appreciate yourself.
- Develop the strict living position and be always able to defend it.
- The determination and will power has to be higher, than at most of surrounding people.
- Be not afraid to be alone. Be able to enjoy the company.
- Forget what is jealousy.
- Do not hesitate to be the initiator of the new relations, to take the first steps.
- Everywhere and keep strict order in everything.
Some delusions concerning the nature of alpha females
The main delusion – the bitch and an alpha female this is the same thing. Actually it not so though both of these individuals are strongly similar on the behavior.
The alpha the woman has accurately goals on the near, average and distant future. The bitch can change the aspirations quite often. Though they are able to reach them equally well.
The bitch and an alpha get the relations only with the best men. But only the alpha female can and not get the relations at all.
