Did you sometime think from where various attitudes undertake? It is clear, that the child is not born with their ready set, there can be only genetic predispositions to certain behavior models. It is obvious that education methods, as well as methods of formation of moral consciousness of the personality have a huge impact on the end result.
Ways of education of consciousness of the personality
In the course of formation of consciousness of people there pass several stages, and most of them it is necessary to pass independently. Therefore we will in detail consider the first on which there is a formation of initial beliefs. Awareness of norms and rules of conduct as it is impossible to execute any law has to become a final point of this stage, without understanding its sense. For achievement of this result the following methods of formation of consciousness of the personality are used:
- Ethical conversation. Its purpose is involvement of one or several pupils in process of discussion of any facts offered at the beginning of the conversation;
- Dialogue. Communication happens in the tutor pupil format where the first needs to seek to express discontent as much as possible correctly, without giving of labels which in the future will play a bad joke with the pupil;
- Debate. It is most often applied during the work with seniors. It is often the most effective of methods of formation of tolerant consciousness of the personality as there is a possibility of an independent reasoning and decision-making and also the respect for others opinion is developed;
- Example. In words it is not always possible to explain the correct behavior model, and with reduction of the specific person as an example business goes much more simply. There is it because we always need examples for imitation, especially at early age when process of formation of the personality begins.
After completion of processes of understanding of the existing rules and norms, formation of consciousness passes into the following stage. The person learns to empathize others, and at the final stage there is an association of moral installations to the bright emotional picture. That is, the person not just understands that to be rude – badly, but also sees, how strongly it can upset the interlocutor, understanding his feelings.
Methods of formation of public consciousness
Impact on consciousness of the personality is in some way simpler, than a problem of formation of public consciousness as in this case besides methods of direct influence it will be required to use also methods of assessment of the current situation. Here it will not turn out to introduce any installations as each person has already developed views without problems any more therefore studying the existing moods become the first stage of work with public opinion. After assessment of the received results there is a correction of opinions by means of the following methods:
- Suggestion. Influence is made on the mental sphere of the person. As a result people learn to perceive information under a necessary point of view.
- Beliefs. Here speakers address a critical component of consciousness, providing food for reflections. The element of influence consists in a way of submission of information.
At the third stage there is a generalization of opinions what often apply a debate method to. As a result people develop some general vector of application of the forces. And at the fourth stage the embodiment in life of the developed strategy begins. At the last stage there is an opportunity to reconcile the personality with public opinion. For this purpose, as a rule, the aspiration of the person to be a part of collective is used.
As we see, influence of other people on our consciousness decreases in process of growing, but many do not come to a stage of understanding of moral installations, preferring to follow blindly them without excess reflections.
