Orthodox Christians call Easter the dish prepared from cottage cheese with addition of sour cream, cream, eggs, butter, candied fruits and raisin. Traditionally Easter is given the form of the truncated pyramid.

It is required to you

  • For Easter "Festive":
    • 1 kg of 20% of cottage cheese;
    • 200 g of a desi;
    • 5 eggs;
    • 200 g of sugar;
    • stick of vanilla or 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
    • 400 ml of cream (10-20%);
    • 100 g of nuts (any);
    • 100 g of raisin;
    • 100 g of candied fruits.
    • For Easter "Royal":
    • 800 g of cottage cheese;
    • 4 yolks;
    • 5 glasses of heavy cream;
    • 150-200 g of sugar;
    • 150-200 g of a desi;
    • ¼ teaspoons of salt;
    • vanillin;
    • 1 glass of the crushed candied fruits.

Instruction

1. "Festive" Easter Miss cottage cheese via the meat grinder or wipe it through a sieve.

2. Cut a stick of vanilla and take out from it seeds.

3. Shake up eggs with sugar. Add cream and carefully mix. Put seeds of vanilla or vanilla sugar in an egg mixture.

8. "Royal" you paskhaprotrit cottage cheese through a small sieve or a colander.

9. Shake up cream from 100 g of sugar. Add yolks, salt and the remained sugar to previously softened oil. Carefully stir everything and shake up up to the magnificent weight.

10. Put oil mix in cottage cheese, add candied fruits and vanillin and properly mix everything to uniform consistence. Then accurately implicate the cream which is shaken up with sugar.

11. Lay a special form bee-keeper damp fabric. Lay out on it curds, cover from above with edges of fabric. Put cargo and put in the fridge for about six hours. Take out ready Easter from a form and apply on a surface patterns from candied fruits
