Instruction

1. Pick up dumbbells and get up directly. Also bend a little in hand elbows. This exercise consists in raising of hands with dumbbells from sides standing. It contributes to the development of the side and external head of deltoid muscles. Perform exercise as follows. Lift dumbbells, parting at the same time hands in the parties, to top level. Then lower hands. Several times repeat this exercise. At the same time it is desirable not to cease to keep hands in the halfbent state.

2. Regularly do also following exercise with dumbbells. Become directly, and you hold hands along the trunk. At the same time try to raise shoulders as if you want to reach them the ears. Carry out the movement only up and down not to get injured on the shoulder joint.

3. Start the post press because of the head. This exercise needs to be performed in the sitting position. Capture the apparatus more widely than shoulders and lift it most highly. Then try to lower it for the back to the neck basis. This exercise will develop trapezoid muscles, deltoida and tricepses. Here you can experiment with width of the grip to work various sections of the shoulder girdle.
