Throughout all life the mankind fights against certain obstacles, physical, psychological, material and even invented. But there is the circle of people for whom obstacles are of special interest. They not just learned to overcome quickly them, but also made from this the peculiar extreme sport which very quickly gained popularity at many population groups.
Parkour – the peculiar discipline of nonconventional sport which carries in itself many dangers arose even before World War I, and one military who entered for the brother-soldiers the new type of trainings including exercise and moral stress with attraction of will power thought up it. They trained usually in obstacle race, self-defense, the lasagna on rocks and free floating, including balancing act elements.
Later this type of trainings was called "The natural method" which very well proved to be in the period of the First and World War II. Even after the end of war this method didn't lose popularity and there was the first group of people which called itself "Yamakasi". The group of people continued the idea of "The natural method", only not for military purposes, and in more entertaining.
The word Parkour in itself arose from the French expression – the obstacle course, during her athlete who was called the treyser, by means of acrobatic abilities of the body overcame various hard obstacles for as the smaller amount of time is possible.
The parkour is divided into two views: Akrostrit also Buildering. Akrostrit which also carries definition as street acrobatics, is carried out on the plain surface without any safeguarding and the defense. Buildering is similar to rock-climbing, only instead of the Rocky Mountains multi-storey buildings and various constructions act. Unlike the first look, buildering is forbidden as the lasagna on the building in many countries is considered disorderly conduct or even the law.
This extreme sport didn't receive official competitions, but the World Association of Parkour was organized, in many countries schools began to appear, its began to introduce in many security agencies, but most of all it became popular in various movies and video games which showed this discipline in all the beauty. To this day is, and will always be, judges of it of "The natural method" who continue the history of the checked and very popular type of extreme sport.
