Depending on individual qualities of athletes and duration of intake of creatine they gained from 0.5 to 5 kg of weight. However, at individuals the intake of kreatinovy additives didn't affect power indicators.
Harm of creatine
Now except increase in mass of the tel, creatine has no side effects. However, at excessively high doses of its reception the bone tissue is weakened and the renal failure develops. In the USA one case of poisoning with high doses of kreatinovy additives is registered.
