Common expression "an eye as at an eagle" is known, but not everyone represents how these surprising birds see the world. If to take sight eagle for 100 percent, then human will make only 52 percent from it. At the same time sharpness – not the only advantage of sight of eagles.

1. At eagles most the sight not only among birds, but also among all living beings on Earth is better. Eagles see not only are more accurate and farther, but also is brighter. Besides, they distinguish ultraviolet rays. Some scientists compare work of an eagle eye to functioning of a telephoto lens.
2. If the person had eagle sight, he could see looks of theatrical actors, sitting on the last row in the hall and the insects creeping on the ground, being on the tenth floor of the building.
3. As a result of numerous experiments it was established that the retina of eyes at eagles is arranged in such a way that they are capable to perceive more light, than the person and all other beings. It allows them to distinguish more fine details. The kite notices drop lying on the earth from height of 2000 meters.
4. As well as people, eagles have binocular sight and quickly focus it. At the same time a viewing angle at them it is much bigger, than at people and makes the whole 275 degrees. They perfectly are guided in space and are capable to define location of the production which is for several kilometers from them. The panoramic sight of eagle covers the area of more than 7 square kilometers.
5. It is curious that the sight of these phenomenal birds, to all other, develops in process of growing.
6. As for the structure of eyes, besides couple a century protecting a retina during rest the eagles have so-called blink membranes protecting eyes during flight from a pressure of wind, a bright sun and dust.
7. One more characteristic of eagles as, however, and many other birds – presence of two "yellow spots" in eye day. "The yellow spot" is a point where the greatest number of photosensitive cages (sticks and flasks) is concentrated. Two such spots give to birds indisputable advantage. Eagles equally accurately see two objects located at decent distance from each other.
