1. The tray can be got in pet-shop or to make of any suitable vessel with low boards. The dog has to have an opportunity to get easily into a tray and is free in it to be located. On a bottom of a tray it is possible to lay the paper or old newspapers.
2. If your pet is not eager to go to a tray, then it is possible to try to make a toilet as follows: lay an old oilcloth or a piece of cellophane, from above lay the newspaper. Instead of an oilcloth, it is possible to buy disposable diapers which are convenient for changing in process of pollution in pharmacy.
3. To understand that it is necessary for your dachshund in a toilet, rather simply. As a rule, puppies need to be facilitated at once after a dream or food. Observe the pet: as soon as he began to worry, sniff to a floor and to turn - time to bring it to a tray.
4. As soon as the kid celebrates the affairs, praise him and give delicacy.
5. It is possible also to try to accustom a puppy to a tray by means of sense of smell. Wet a piece of paper in a dog puddle and put it in a toilet. Dogs perfectly are guided on a smell, and your kid will quicker think that from it is required.
6. If the puppy made a puddle or a small group in not put place, then it needs to be hailed, taken strictly on hands and to carry in a tray, where to stroke and praise.
7. Keep in mind that schooling to a toilet is occupation which demands patience. Your dachshund still too small at once to begin to do everything on ""perfectly"". For this reason do not punish a dog for an oversight, especially do not rub the nose of a puppy in puddles - it will only frighten him. Besides, dogs are not able to wash as cats therefore you should wash the soiled muzzle.
