1. Gather warm water in a bathtub or a basin of the suitable size. Water temperature has to be warmish as hot water will cause discomfort in a dog. In case water is too cold – it will cause a shiver in the pet. On a bottom of a bathtub or a basin surely lay a special rubber rug or dense fabric, it is necessary to make it in order that the dog did not slip and did not fall. Water has to reach a breast of a Labrador at most. Before bathing it is the best of all to close ears of a dog accurately cotton balls of the suitable size.
2. Place a dog in a bathtub or a basin and move apart hands wool. Wet water an underfur and apply on it shampoo. Distribute it on hair of a dog the easy massing movements. Use only special shampoo made especially for this breed. Do not use detergents for people at all, they do not suit Labradors. Use for bathing shampoo for a concrete color of a dog (black, chocolate or pale-yellow) or suitable for all three colors. After the end of washing wash away shampoo from the pet's wool a large amount of warm water. If shampoo is washed badly away, it will dry and will resemble dandruff.
3. After bathing wipe a Labrador dry and remove residues of shampoo. First of all clean ear canals from shampoo, otherwise at a dog problems with skin will begin. Carefully comb hair of a dog after bathing a special brush, so you remove the dropped-out hairs.
4. To prevent cold and overcooling of the pet, you do not walk a Labrador within several hours. If hair of a dog becomes soiled in cold season very quickly, use special dry shampoos for her cleaning. In the summer you can just pour over a Labrador from a hose and wipe a towel.
