2. Pay attention whether the nice kitty lives nearby, protecting the property right to which, cats in turn mark corners in the stairwell.
3. If it is a cat (or a cat) neighbors, talk to them to take the appropriate joint efforts on elimination of unpleasant smells in the stairwell. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to agree with owners of cats amicably therefore, perhaps, you should cope with a problem independently.
4. If the cats and cats moved to spoil in your stairwell, have no owner, install the intercom and whenever possible the surveillance camera. Happens and so that the owner of a cat purposely does not admit that his favourite wishes to empty the intestines or a bladder on a rug at neighbors. In this case show to the neighbor a video and threaten with a penalty.
5. 6. Do not use the pepper or means for cleaning of rooms containing ammonia for scaring away of cats at all. Pepper can ruin once and for all health of cats. And owners of dogs will be for certain against measures which not in the best way can affect sense of smell of their pets. As for means with ammonia content, such smell, on the contrary, very is pleasant to cats and literally pushes them on commission of "dirty affairs" in the territory of an entrance.
