1. For cultivation of fishes cockerels pick up at least two small fishes: male and female. It is possible to define a sex of small fishes in comparison — males larger, they have a big tail, a roundish fin. They behave more aggressively if to put them in front of the mirror, they begin to inflate gills, to run into reflection. Females behave more modestly and are painted in more pale shades, they always have a white speck on a paunch. The complexity is that some males also have a white speck, and some "chickens" behave aggressively and can strongly fray "spouse".
2. Correctly select couple, the female and a male of the vualekhvost are better than one look, for example. To cultivation small fishes are capable 3.5 months, but also not too old are not younger. Before planning of spawning it is better to seat them on different reservoirs for a week and to feed with a live forage: a crank or koretry, it contains many nutrients.
3. To define pregnancy of a small fish of a cockerel, just watch it. Actually, caviar is formed at a female constantly therefore it is impossible to speak about her pregnancy, as about the temporary period. Such concept as readiness for spawning of a cockerel is much more important for the aquarian. The paunch slightly increases, strips from horizontal become vertical and very accurate. At light individuals caviar through a paunch can appear through. Also the behavior changes: females begin to inflate gills, to make advances and float near a male.
4. For cultivation of whitebaits prepare a separate aquarium, the small reservoir on 15 liters will approach. It is in advance necessary to pour otstoyanny water into it, to install the aerator, light and the heater (temperature of 28 wasps is necessary). The small fish will feel more protected if bushes of a vallisneriya, pistiya, rogolistnik grow there. It is also possible to place small red snails who will clean an aquarium from not impregnated berries and various parasites.
5. Pay attention, the cockerel male plays a major role in the device of a nest. It builds on a water surface a nest of foam, then pushes a female to a nest, presses on her paunch and berries slip out. Then it impregnates them and stacks in a nest. After "childbirth" the male begins to push away a female from a nest — at this moment better to transplant her in other reservoir, she will not look after a laying any more. When whitebaits hatch and will begin to swim, it also should be transplanted.
