Kefir - not only useful and tasty product, but also the popular cosmetic used for hair care. Masks from this fermented milk product excellently moisten curls, remarkably feed and strengthen them.

  • - kefir;
  • - plastic bag;
  • - terry towel;
  • - water;
  • - shampoo;
  • - olive oil;
  • - castor oil;
  • - egg;
  • - lemon;
  • - apple cider vinegar;
  • - tincture of burning pepper;
  • - camomile;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - crumb of black bread.
  1. Slightly warm up kefir then rub it in head skin and put evenly on all length of hair. From above put on plastic bag and wind the head with terry towel. Leave mask for 40-60 minutes, after that wash away it warm water. Such monocomponent mask will fill curls with force and will add them healthy gloss.
  2. Sour-milk "therapy" well influences also dry hair. Warm up ¼ glasses of kefir and add to it 1 tsp of castoric and olive oils. Then add mix with 1 yolk and carefully mix all its components. Apply mask on hair, and in hour wash away warm water with shampoo.
  3. For oily hair prepare the following cosmetic: heat 1 glass of kefir on water bath and add to it 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Put this means on all length of hair and leave it for half an hour. Later time wash away mask warm water to which add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in advance.
  4. The mask from kefir and tincture of burning pepper will help to improve growth of hair. Mix 1 tsp of fermented milk product with the same amount of tincture. Rub the prepared mix in radical system and leave for 15 minutes. After that wash away mask and rinse hair with camomile or other grass infusion.
  5. Prepare kefiric mask which will help to get rid of dandruff. For this purpose ½ glasses of fermented milk product, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and several spoons of the crushed crumb of black bread are required. Mix all components then apply cosmetic to head skin and leave for 20 minutes. Then wash up hair clear warm water.
