Instruction

1. Carry out simple daily gymnastics for strengthening of muscles of breast. Repeat each exercise till 8-12 times.

2. Pick up dumbbells on 1-1.5 kg. Insert directly, you hold legs together. Hands have to be lowered along trunk. Execute move the left hand forward, and right — back. Bend back. Then change hands.

3. Lay down on back. Take away the hands bent in elbows with dumbbells over breast forward. On breath slowly part hands aside. Touch by floor elbows. On exhalation return to starting position.

4. Kneel. Lean on the left hand, and in right take dumbbell. Bend the left leg in knee, right straighten and extend back. Muscles of stomach and hips have to be strained. The body from the head to the right foot forms straight line. Slowly raise the right hand up and aside, and then lower at the same speed, turning palm on themselves.

5. Connect palms before breast in standing position. Fingers have to be directed up. With effort squeeze palms about 5-7 seconds, then weaken for 2-4 seconds.

6. You carry out daily water procedures for strengthening of bust. Cold water and contrast shower improve inflow of blood and help to keep skin and muscles in tone. Wet sponge in cold water (temperature has to be near 16-20os), wring out a little and moisten breast.

7. Rub off breast cold water by means of towel. Lower linen towel in water, with the temperature of 22 wasps, well squeeze out and wrap breast. Pound breast both hands through towel within minute. Then other dry a little pogrety towel dry skin. Each 2-3 days reduce water temperature on half-degree and finish it to 13-14os. In month add to water of a little table or sea salt for the best inflow of blood to the massed area.

8. Do not forget about healthy nutrition. For strengthening of breast and fine form of bust enter into the daily diet low-fat veal, fish, glass of milk, piece of bread with bran, vegetables and fruit.
