  1. First of all, it is very important to pick up oil basis correctly. For example, olive oil very well is suitable for massage, but its smell is pleasant not to all people. Oil of avocado has pleasant fruit aroma therefore it will be suitable for fans of delicate perfumes. Oil from peach stones perfectly suits owners of sensitive skin. Grape seeds oil best of all will suit people with oily skin and to those who do not love feeling of oil on body. You should not use mustard oil for white people as it can paint a little skin, but it perfectly updates suntan, doing it visually healthier. As base oil it is possible to take even sunflower or corn if you had had near at hand nothing else. The majority of base oils in itself have number of nutritious and salutary properties which can be enhanced, having added to them odorous essential oils.
  2. Before beginning to mix oils, well wash up and wipe hands. Use flat dishes and small bottles from natural materials, they have to be dry and clean. Pour about two teaspoons of the chosen base oil in suitable bowl, after that add the chosen essential oils there. On two teaspoons only five drops of essential oil will be required, you can use different aromas (no more than four on one basis), creating harmonious complex mix.
  3. Be not afraid to experiment with different base oils, try to mix them to receive interesting combinations of properties and smells. Stir mix of basis and essential oils toothpick or stick for cocktail, do not use metal spoons for these purposes.
  4. Pound the turned-out mix in palms to warm it. It will allow aroma to reveal completely. If you do not like the received result, make changes. It is the best of all to write down that and in what quantities you use for receiving any given mix, it will allow you to repeat the most pleasant combinations in the future.
  5. There are many checked recipes of similar mixes. For example, for relaxation and disposal of stress it is possible to use mix from essential oils of bergamot, sage, pink tree, lavender, various citrus or sandalwood. As basis it is possible to take any preferred base vegetable oil. Certainly, you should not mix all listed essential oils in one mix.
  6. For tonic massage it is possible to use essential oils of cypress, fennel, ginger, eucalyptus, jasmine, grapefruit, juniper, nutmeg, tea tree, mint. By means of these aromas it is possible to create ideal mix which will give force and will banish depression.
