First of all, the horionichesky gonadotrophin can be defined in blood. In several days after conception the concentration of hormone in this biological liquid begins to increase. Considering that the ovulation, as a rule, occurs in the middle of a cycle, it is possible to diagnose pregnancy by means of the standard test from the first day of a delay of periods. The test can be made earlier. In many cases the definition of pregnancy is possible in 7-10 days after conception. At the same time it is worth remembering that in this case the probability of obtaining false negative result is too high. If on the test only one strip was shown, it is necessary to wait for the beginning of a delay of periods and to make the express analysis repeatedly. The HGCh level will daily increase in biological liquids. If the woman doubts negative result of the analysis, she can repeat it every 2-3 day.
