4. If the child is a disabled person, then can pay 120 days for leaving during the whole year. Time of leaving is not limited for children HIV-positive people and children who suffered from vaccination. 5. For calculation of average earnings for payment of the sick note for care for the minor child it is necessary to put all earned sums in 24 months on which insurance premiums were assessed and to divide into 730. The received figure will be daily average earnings in 24 months, proceeding from which further calculation is made.
