According to the changed rules calculation of social payments is made proceeding from average earnings in 24 months. The paid days according to the sick note which is issued on care for minor children are limited. Also charge on a disability leaf depending on the appointed leaving mode changed. For stationary leaving all the time proceeding from the employee's experience, is paid for out-patient leaving till 10 in the afternoon – proceeding from an experience, from 11 in the afternoon – 50% of average earnings irrespective of length of service.
Instruction
1. The sick note is paid for child care before achievement of age of 15 years. Payments for a leaf of disability should be charged depending on the general experience of the employee. With an experience more than 8 years 100% of daily average earnings in 24 months, from 5 to 8 years – 80%, up to 5 years – 60% are charged.
2. It is also necessary to consider what child care it was taken. At stationary leaving it is necessary to charge payment for all days depending on the general experience of the employee, at out-patient leaving calculation is made for the first 10 days depending on the general experience, from 11 in the afternoon – 50% of daily average earnings in 24 months.
3. But there is more to come what it should be taken into account. If care is taken of the child from 7 to 15 years, then it is necessary to charge no more than 15 days for one sick note. Time of leaving is limited up to 45 days in a year. That is if for the child the payment needs longer leaving, then these days are not subject therefore other close relative of the child can issue the sick note.
4. If the child is a disabled person, then can pay 120 days for leaving during the whole year. Time of leaving is not limited for children HIV-positive people and children who suffered from vaccination. All sick notes exceeding the specified terms are not paid and are not documents which exempt from work. The employer has the right to put truancies and to fire under the relevant article.
5. For calculation of average earnings for payment of the sick note for care for the minor child it is necessary to put all earned sums in 24 months on which insurance premiums were assessed and to divide into 730. The received figure will be daily average earnings in 24 months, proceeding from which further calculation is made.
