Instruction

1. You enter a feeding up gradually: at first juice, vegetables and fruit puree, cottage cheese, then porridges and meat. You feed the kid gradually, begin with one-two teaspoons and within a week bring to a full portion.

2. It is better to give a feeding up before feeding by a breast. Fresh juice is excellent sources of vitamins. When the kid gets used to juice, try to treat him with puree and porridge. Be patient, you do not hurry. The organism of the baby is only formed, and too active introduction to the habitual kids menu of new products can cause allergies or various troubles in intestines and a stomach.

3. Since four months add the child's diet with a yolk of the boiled hard-boiled egg. Be careful, it can cause allergic reaction.

4. Approximately since five months acquaint the baby with porridges. Do porridges of the house or buy ready in shop. For a start offer the kid rice or buckwheat cereal, offer corn and oat later.

5. If the kid does not like new food, he is capricious and spits out a treat, do not insist. Try to give it other fruit or vegetable puree, and to replace buckwheat cereal rice. In it there is nothing terrible, the child can have flavoring addictions too.

6. By six months the kid has to receive a feeding up twice a day. Between feedings up there has to be a feeding by a breast or dairy mix. By nine months the kids menu has to be more various. Give to the child of porridge, soups on broth, vegetable and meat mash, cottage cheese or kefir. Ready meat mash can be mixed with potato or other vegetables.

7. Since nine-ten months begin to prepare for the kid of quenelle and steam cutlets. By one year give to the child some dishes from the general family table: soups, mashed potatoes, meat and fish on couple, bread, fresh fruit and vegetables.
