5. At 17 o'clock there comes time of physical activity therefore be engaged in active holiday. Gather for walk, drive a ball in the yard, play at the playground.

7. At 21-22 o'clock train the child for sleeping. Tell him the fairy tale, give a favourite toy. Switch off or muffle a TV sound, stop a loud talk.
