1. If you decided to begin vaccination, then it is necessary to follow elementary rules which will help to prepare the child for AKDS inoculation. Before vaccination surely make clinical tests of urine and child's blood even if in the last month he was not ill. Pay special attention to hemoglobin level in the child's blood: if its indicator is lower than 80 units, it is necessary to refrain from an inoculation temporarily until hemoglobin returns to normal. Also make sure that the level of leukocytes in blood of the child corresponds to a normal indicator.
2. Before an inoculation you do not enter new food into the child's diet: they can cause allergic reaction.
3. If your child is inclined to an allergy, then one week prior to alleged vaccination give him antihistaminic medicines. If the child has no allergic rashes, reduce this term to 3 days. Also give to the child medicines for maintenance of function of intestines.
4. In day of vaccination before an inoculation give to the child febrifugal medicines in a dosage according to his age and body weight. Carry medicines in Panadol syrup to them, the Nurofen, and also medicines on the basis of paracetamol in the form of rectal candles.
5. If after vaccination by the evening at the child the body temperature increases, give still a dose of febrifugal medicine.
6. Within two-three days continue to give to the child antihistaminic medicines, for an exception of development in it of allergic manifestations and hypostases.
7. If the child before vaccination had an infectious disease, suffered from allergic reactions or at it during this period the body temperature, and also increased if it cuts teeth, refuse planned vaccination for a month. Also it is necessary to refuse an inoculation if in the anamnesis of the child there are medical contraindications to vaccination.
