Try to increase a share of vegetable food in the child's diet, it has to consume them daily 5 times a day.

Dream

The lack of a dream is one of the main reasons of deterioration in work of the immune system. Surely observe the mode of a dream of your child. By the newborn about 18 hours of a dream a day, as a rule, are required, to kids - from 12 to 14 hours a day, to preschool children – about 10 hours.

If your child cannot or does not want to fall asleep during the day, try to put him to bed a bit earlier.

Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding helps the accelerated production of leukocytes and antibodies with an organism of the child and to raise that his immunity. It allows to avoid such diseases as an allergy, pneumonia, diarrhea, meningitis, etc. In the first days after the delivery breast milk is especially rich with the substances necessary for immunityfor newborn. It is recommended to nurse the child within the first year of life, as a last resort – the first 3 months. It will allow to avoid need of intake of some drugs in the future.

Passive smoking

If you or your spouse smoke, it is a high time to throw. Cigarette smoke contains more than 4000 toxins which extremely negatively affect immunity of a young organism. Children are much more susceptible to passive smoking, than adults, it is connected with the fact that the natural system of a detoxication at children is underdeveloped. Besides, the rate of their breath is higher, than at adults therefore also the intensity of poisoning of an organism is also higher. Passive smoking increases risk of a disease of such diseases as bronchitis, asthma and SSCD (syndrome of sudden children's death).

If it is difficult to you to leave off smoking, try to save the child from cigarette smoke. Never you smoke the house, do it only in the open air.

Sport

Physical education classes improve work of an organism of any person, it is especially relevant for the growing children's organism. Try to develop a habit to do sports on a regular basis at the child. Be an example for imitation, do sports together with it.
