Any person has the right to refuse privileges, more precisely a set of social services. Those people who decided restore the right for use of privileges before the termination of year can't worry as every year since January 1 according to the state register of exempts their right for privileges is automatically restored.

1. In our country the social support to persons in need is provided, it can be monthly payments in a money equivalent, or a set of social services. The size of the paid privileges is defined by category, including free medical care, granting free medicines, sanatorium treatment every year, travel by transport is included. They begin action from the date of purpose of monthly payments. But the means spent by the state in the sum usually it is more, than the exempt could spend for the same purposes independently. Therefore it is more favorable to person to receive privileges in a money equivalent and to independently buy to itself drugs, to go on treatment to sanatorium. The application for refusal of privileges are accepted with 1 go January and inclusive till September 30, stopping receiving privileges for all next year. It is possible to withdraw the submitted application till September 30. Thus, the state lets time think and to change the made decision.
2. There are several categories of the citizens making an exception. They have to provide annually the application for receiving social benefits, it concerns Heroes of Socialist Work, Heroes of the Soviet Union and chevaliers of the order of Slava. All exempts can get advice only in local management of the Pension Fund.
3. If the exempt has no opportunity to independently bring the statement in management for refusal, it can be sent by mail, having previously notarially assured. In case on medical indications of people is not able to visit Pension management, it is possible to write the letter or to call by phone and to report about the desire to refuse social services. Then employees of management come on a call to the house and make out the address of the exempt.
