3. Make sure that to one-and-a-half-year-old age the lexicon of yours of the baby makes not less than fifty words. In two years he has to use combinations from two words, and to three years to make short phrases.
4. Check for a start whether the baby can utter vowels it is isolated from others. Do some flying as planes, at the same time pull: "At-at-at". Let the kid see your mouth. After several attempts show the plane in the book, ask how it hoots, and look whether it will be able to say this sound.
5. The same with other vowels. By two years such words and onomatopoeias as to "ku-k", "mu-m" and similar to them, have to be present at the speech. Otherwise, address the logopedist, he will advise as to you to be engaged.
6. At the first signs of identification of defect of the speech, daily carry out with the kid a number of simple exercises at slow speed till 10-15 times. For example, suggest it to squeeze teeth a small pencil so that it was across a tooth alignment, and then to move a tip of language above, below a pencil. Or put a grain ball on a tip of language of the child and ask it to do glotatelny movements with effort, at the same time holding a ball.
7. If you are disturbed by a speech development of the child, talk to the pediatrician.
