1. The most difficult in the course of adoption – to receive the positive decision from tutorship and guardianship authorities. If you received the positive decision about statement you on account as the candidate for adoptive parents, it is time to pass to the second stage of the procedure of adoption – to selection of the child. If in your region it did not appear in maternity hospitals of refuseniks, then you can pick up the child in any other city within our country though this procedure can drag on for a long time.
3. The next stage of adoption – judicial review. You need to submit the petition at the place of residence of the child with a request for establishment of adoption over the child. The court makes the decision on the basis of the application submitted by you and the provided documents.
