- create to the kid a withdrawal ritual about a dream (for example, bathing, hygienic procedures, clothing, feeding, reading the fairy tale, falling asleep); - do not jump up at night on each rustle and do not take the kid on handles on the first call – give it the chance to try to fall asleep most (naturally, it is impossible to keep the child waiting too long, breaking into tears); - if the kid began to cry, remove the cause (a wet diaper, tummy pains, hunger), shake him on handles a little, try to put to bed again, sit nearby, stroke him and again give the chance to fall asleep independently); - organize the mode so that the kid did not fall asleep at a breast or with a small bottle, food should not be associated at it with a dream; - in spite of the fact that many doctors do not recommend to use a dummy, the healthy sleep of mom is not less important for the kid therefore it is necessary for some children (especially that who is on artificial feeding) to satisfy a sosatelny reflex; - do not turn on the light in the room of the child at night if he woke up – he has to understand in infancy that it not time for games; - cultivate patience in the child during wakefulness – so he to learn to fall asleep at night independently, without waiting for your participation in process of connection of phases of a REM and deep sleep. Following this instruction, you will be able to teach to sleep by three-four months of life of the child him at night, without waking up more than 6 hours.
