Pregnancy – the most difficult process happening in a female body. It is connected with enormous changes from almost all bodies and systems. There is a number of diseases which are an obstacle in a way to motherhood as it is not only about risk for health of the woman, but also possibility of serious pathologies of pre-natal development of a fruit.

1. Infectious diseases of future mother can negatively affect health of the child extremely. Active forms of primary tuberculosis infection belong to them. The main indication to termination of pregnancy in the first trimester (up to 12 weeks) is the widespread destructive process in the woman's lungs which is not responding to treatment if it took place and escalated during the previous pregnancy.
2. The serious danger during pregnancy is constituted by also severe forms of viral hepatitis. At this disease death cases at pregnant women are three times higher, than at non-pregnant. Infection in the last trimester of pregnancy when the risk of death of mother increases repeatedly is especially dangerous. At a chronic form of viral hepatitis the pregnancy approach, as a rule, does not worsen the general condition of the woman. However the risk of infection of a fruit is high, and still it is not proved that Cesarean section allows to avoid infection of the child with viral hepatitis.
3. Other terrible enemy of the pregnant woman – a rubella. This infectious disease proceeding almost imperceptibly at children is capable to lead to spontaneous abortion or to become the cause of serious malformations of a fruit (mikrotsefaliya, meningitis, a cataract). In cases when the woman had no rubella in the childhood, it needs to do vaccination and to be protected within half a year after it.
4. Treat non-communicable diseases which constitute serious danger to the pregnant woman: a serious illness of an endocrine system (including, diabetes), heavy heart disease and a hypertension with violations of the blood circulatory system, cirrhosis; serious diseases of lungs with respiratory insufficiency, the diseases of kidneys leading to a chronic renal failure (glomerulonefrit); system diseases of connecting fabric (red wolf cub), serious mental illness and epilepsy.
5. Any oncological diseases are a contraindication for pregnancy as at them increase in growth of new growths is possible. At the same time, at treatment, begun after the 12th week, positive dynamics is probable. At benign tumors, such as uterus myoma, issue of pregnancy preservation the doctor resolves individually.
