The page which is automatically loaded right after start of the browser is called home. As that most often install any given search engine. In the majority of browsers, including Opera, settings of the home page it is possible to configure.
Instruction
1. Open the Opera browser settings window. For this purpose, if the modern type of a user interface is included, press the red button located in the upper left corner and in the appeared menu select the Setup item - "General settings". At the included classical interface or in the old version of the browser of the menu it is not necessary to open - it and so is present at the top part of a window. Select in it the Setup item - "General settings".
2. When the settings window opens, select in it the Main tab. Find the data entry field under the name "House" and enter into it the address of the home page.
3. Select that should be displayed right after start of the browser. For this purpose click the dropdown list located to the right of the inscription "At Start". The list will reveal. Select in it one of the following options: "Continue from the place of separation" (all tabs which were open just before the previous output from the browser will open), "Load the saved session" (regardless of the fact that it was open earlier, at next run there will be in advance programmed set of tabs), "Begin with the home page" (there will be the only tab with the page set in the field "House"), "Open the express panel" (will appear the only tab with the express panel), "Show a start window" (in the beginning will appear the window with a possibility of the choice of the first, third or fourth of listed options, and only then will be started the browser).
4. Click "Ok", and settings will be saved. Regardless of which the option is selected, clicking of the button on which the house with a pipe is represented will lead to loading of the home page in the current tab. Be careful: the safety of data in data entry fields which were filled on the previous page in the same tab, is not guaranteed. If the browser hangs up or will under abnormal condition be closed, at the subsequent start (manual or automatic and also after sending the report on failure) it can behave as if the Show a Start Window option was selected. But it is also not guaranteed, as well as safety of data in data entry fields on all pages opened before (probability that they will be saved, is much higher in Firefox, than in Opera).
