Instruction
1. If you leave the child of one for a long time – for a week and more, and none of adults with guarantee will use the Internet, it is possible to block service of your account at provider. For this purpose you will need to be personally in office with the passport and to write the application for temporary blocking of the account. Keep in mind that on dates which you will specify it will be impossible to go on-line therefore use this method only as a last resort.
2. Create separate accounts – for yourself and for the child. The account of the child should have the minimum rights – he should not be able to delete, change or install programs and also to create new connections to network and to change current settings of the computer. After that delete the operating configured connection from the account of the child. Create the new connection valid only for the account of the administrator. If you use the router, prohibit automatic connection, set the password and turn off its automatic saving. When using the modem of setup of connection should be stored on the computer and only under your account, but not on the modem.
3. In view of vulnerability of the account of the administrator it is also recommended to install the program for control of connection to network – for example, Kaspersky CRYSTAL. Set the password protecting the program from removal or change of settings then create an access restriction condition in network in application controls. By means of this software you will be able not only to install time when access is closed, but also and days of the week. Remember that the password should be so difficult as far as it is possible.
4. If any of the above-stated ways did not help, and you found the child in network or found traces of its presence at the Internet, isolation of the equipment by means of which access to network, to the place unavailable to it is provided remains the only way.
