Gas boilers AGV are used for heating of the buildings and premises equipped with systems with water circulation. Mounting of the boiler equipment is made by specialists of the operational organization of gas economy. The slightest mistakes in mounting or at start of system can lead to the fire and death of people.
Instruction
1. Make sure that the flue indoors corresponds to safety rules of systems of gas consumption and gas distribution. If necessary make cleaning of flue.
2. Choose AGV installation site. The device can be mounted practically on any surface in the room equipped with vent system. It is necessary to remember that at installation of the device it is necessary to provide free access of air to its back wall and the bottom.
3. Establish gas cock by means of which supply of gas to the device will be regulated. The crane is installed on the gas-bringing pipe in front of the device.
4. Connect the device to heating services by means of threaded connections.
5. Install the filter mud-collection on the recirculating line located in front of the device.
6. Mount broad tank in the top point of the main strut.
7. Fill system with the prepared heat carrier. Check availability of draft in flue.
8. Set the temperature regulator handle to position "is closed". For this purpose it is necessary to turn it against the stop clockwise. Open the crane located on the gas pipeline.
9. Shift valve and open inspection window. Wrap against the stop air regulators.
10. Take paper and contract from it long strip. Light paper strip, press the start-up button and, holding it, bring paper to the pilot light. You hold the button pressed within 15-45 seconds. Release the button and make sure that the flame does not die away.
11. Kindle the main torch. For this purpose it is necessary to turn temperature regulator counterclockwise. Adjust air supply, rotating the feed adjuster. Set necessary temperature condition.
