1. When choosing boiler pay attention to its heat exchanger. You can buy the boiler which has the heat exchanger made of cast iron. It is exposed to corrosion less. The term of its service is several decades. Such heat exchanger has also shortcomings: this device very brittle. When transporting, microcracks can be formed. At constant use of hard water the destruction of the heat exchanger can result from local overheating.
2. Steel boilers have become widespread. They have smaller weight and are not afraid of blows when transporting. However at incorrectly operation the steel heat exchanger can corrode. For its work it is necessary to create standard conditions. Temperature in boiler should not fall lower than temperature of "dew point".
3. Floor gas boilers can be separated into two main groups: with atmospheric and with inflatable torches. Cheap and silent devices in work belong to the first group. Devices which have inflatable torches differ in the big efficiency and high cost. It is possible to install torches which use gas or liquid fuel on such boilers. The atmospheric torch is integral part of boiler and is included in its price. You can separately get inflatable torch. Its cost is usually not included into the boiler price.
4. Floor gas boilers which have atmospheric torch have capacity from 10 to 80 kW. Models which have inflatable torches have capacity of several thousands of kW. In the matter you first of all need to decide what room you will heat. Only after that you pass to the choice of variant, optimal on power, for heating. For small country lodge it is recommended to use boilers with atmospheric torches. Boilers with inflatable torch will be suitable for the big building better.
