Simple recipe of home-made halvah

Halvah is the delicacy which came to us from the mysterious East. And, as well as the majority of oriental sweets, halvah is preparing from natural products. Therefore it is much more useful than modern desserts which structure abounds with any chemistry.

For preparation of home-made halvah it is required:

- about hundred grams of the cleaned filbert

- hundred grams of kernels of sunflower (cleaned)

- 150 grams of flour

- it is slightly less than glass of sugar

- 70-80 ml of water

- 80 ml раст. oils

Preparation:

1. To fry a filbert and kernels of sunflower in a dry frying pan, to cool, peel and crush in the blender.

2. Slightly to fry flour in the same frying pan before emergence of a golden shade.

3. Mix nuts and flour.

4. In a pan to pour out water and to pour out sugar. On average fire to bring to the boil that sugar was dissolved completely. Pour out there oil and to allow mix to begin to boil once again.

5. To cool a sugar syrup a little (up to the temperature about 50 degrees).

6. Then from nuts and flour to mix dry weight with syrup. To vent carefully to uniformity.
