Also as well as moisture, short circuit in boards of the server can cause dust. She installs electrical equipment, its large number is dangerous to the equipment. Therefore for reliable operation of servers of indoor airs should be clean. Cleaning is made by means of the conditioners equipped with the corresponding filters. For many companies it is important to protect important information which is stored on servers. If they are scattered on different rooms of the building in which many people work, any employee can have an opportunity of access to data. Even the cleaner or the electrician can steal important information in that case. The server room considerably facilitates protection and control of access to the equipment. For this purpose it is enough to be equipped with the lock on an input door and the system of video surveillance. The server room facilitates a problem of service of the difficult equipment by specialists. If all servers are placed in one room, becomes much more simply and quicker to make upgrade, prevention or to find malfunctions. Besides, in this case technicians do not prevent work of personnel of the company and can carry out works at any time. These factors can be not priority in comparison with costs of creation of the server room for the small company which has dozen servers. But for the large company having at least several dozen units of the similar equipment, and strongly depending on stable operation of servers will be to provide much cheaper and more simply optimal conditions for their reliable work in the unique room - the server room.
