Instruction
1. It is necessary to configure automatic process to those who should make identical actions periodically. For example, you regularly send e-mails to one group of persons — notify clients on new services.
2. Execution of a task will require an email client. An e-mail client it is possible to install or use standard means of Windows. Functions of such programs as The Bat!, Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook are similar: they are able to send, sort, save messages, to filter the accepted letters by different criteria.
3. Microsoft Outlook — a standard e-mail client which enters the Microsoft Office package, the program can call a full-fledged organazeyr. The interface of the client is intuitive, and all options open in a uniform settings window — it is separated into several tabs. It is simple to configure Outlook.
4. Parameters of sending and a receipt of letters are in the Setup of Mail tab. Install tasks which the program will carry out for user groups. Click "Send and Receive", specify the necessary addresses in settings and click "Send automatically". Settings for messages can be found also in the Message menu, in a top panel of tools. There it is necessary to click a line "Create the rule for the message".
5. There are several ways of solving the task if you regularly send not e-mails, and for example, faxes. You can register in the web application of Virtual Office Tools — http://www.virtualofficetools.ru/.
6. After registration you receive bonus money into the account — it will allow to send the first fax free of charge. Then, in a personal account, come into the Fax Mailing menu, click "Send the fax". Further enter number of one or several subscribers, load the necessary document, click "Send". Information will automatically arrive to all persons listed by you. The system itself will dial to addressees.
7. Install the Faxmanager program on the PC — it is free. The utility is able to distinguish text file formats from graphic. Prepare the document for sending, having selected in the toolbars of the File menu and the Printing command.
8. Further, in the list of printers, find NVFaxService and press Apprx. the Document it will be automatically loaded into the program. Select the necessary button: "Send the fax", "Send mailing", and specify the subscriber number or the list of numbers in the appeared window, click "Send". Everything, the persons specified by you will obtain information automatically.
