How to send an e-mail

E-mail came to the place of paper letters long ago: messages by it are delivered almost instantly, and sending the attached materials became a convenient additional service: text documents and multimedia of files.

It is required to you

  • To send an e-mail, you should have an electronic mailbox; you should know the login and the password to it.

Instruction

1. Be authorized on the mailbox.

2. Find the button with the Write the Letter function and click it. Before you the letter form will open.

3. You see the sender: information on you which will be read by the recipient: your name and the postal address for feedback.

4. In the field to "Whom" enter the e-mail address to which you want to send the letter. Through a comma you can enter e-mails of thirty addresses if you want to make bulk mailing and to duplicate this message.
Click on the link to "Whom" and before you the list of your last interlocutors will open: their Niki, names and e-mail addresses. Of course, if you saved these addressees in the notebook of your mailbox. Check near the necessary name, and the address of this person instantly will appear in the list of those to whom you want to send the e-mail.
Pay attention that you can group lists of interlocutors, creating classification by own discretion.

5. The Copy field also allows to send copies of outgoing letters to a set of the necessary addresses. Select the necessary contacts as well as in the field to "Whom".

6. In the Hidden Copy field specify those addressees to whom you want to send the letter from bulk mailing, but wish to save it in secret. In that case other recipients will not see the postal address and a name of that person which you concealed. Information on the one to whom you sent the copy of the letter will be open for other addressees.

7. In the field "Subject" you can tell about purpose of the message briefly. For example, if you send the e-mail to future employer, enter the subject "Summary" in a window.

8. Write the text of the letter in the special field. You can change color and font size, to insert smilies and links. Buttons with these functions are located over a window of input of the message.

9. You can attach up to 50 files no more than 1 GB in size to the letter. It can be text documents, pictures, sound and video the files, web pages saved in the form of HTML-files. For this purpose click the Attach the File field, select the necessary document from the computer, click on it with a mouse and click "Open". The system automatically will begin loading of the file which time depends on the size of the attached object.

10. If you are sure of the correct filling of all fields, click "Send".
