The procedure of setup of Internet connection in the manual mode outright depends on type of the used device. Nevertheless, some general algorithms can be recommended to all users.
Instruction
1. When using dial up of the modem it is necessary to install the corresponding models drivers and to create new connection. For this purpose open the main menu, having clicked "Start-up", and pass into the Control panel point. Select a problem of creation of new connection and specify the Connect to the Internet command. Apply a checkbox in the field "Via the normal modem" and print a name of the created connection and phone of service provider in the respective fields. Enter the account information and the password and start a connection icon.
2. When using the ADSL modem save the same algorithm of actions, but apply a checkbox in the line "Through High-speed Connection". Further just start the created label.
3. When using a dedicated line open the main menu, having clicked "Start-up", and pass into the Control panel point. open the link "Network Connections" and select the section "Connection on a Local Area Network". Open a context menu of the required connection by click of the right mouse button and specify the Properties point. Select the Internet protocol item and print the IP addresses reported by provider to the respective fields of the opened dialog box.
4. When using the mobile modem of "the big three" of mobile operators just connect the modem with the installed SIM card to the computer. Other operations will be performed in the automatic mode. The modem of SkyLink operator means preliminary installation of own software and drivers.
5. When using the smartphone working running Windows Mobile and supporting the GPRS function it will be required to enter the main menu of the device and to select the Setup item. Pass into the section "Connections" and specify the Create New Connection command. Enter the connections given to a name, GPRS, a name of access point, the account and the password provided by cellular operator.
