It is possible to block mailing in several ways. It is the simplest to cancel official newsletter to which you subscribed at own will, but it is more difficult to get rid of persuasive mailing / advertizing if it is spam.

1. The smallest complexity in failure from mailing is represented by the system of mailing of official service of a mailbox. Such letters come to the boxes located on free mail hostings: mail, rambler, yandex, etc. Therefore if your mailing proceeds from an official source, the simplest solution will be to come into settings of a box and to click "cancel all subscriptions".
2. It is not difficult to unsubscribe if they proceed from official news and other mass portals. Generally, any websites which well proved (according to the user feedback). Unsubscribe which source are the similar websites, it is necessary so: it is necessary to open the letter sent by means of mailing of that website and to browse it. Usually there below there is an inscription "unsubscribe". It is only enough to click this point, and then to confirm the solution.
3. Sometimes mailing arrives from the website where you are registered, but in the bottom of the letter there is no such point "unsubscribe", then it is necessary to visit the website and to look for contacts to contact administration. Usually contacts of administration are written in the special section "contacts", "communication" or the similar name. As soon as you find the means of communication, write the letter with a request that ceased to send you mailing.
4. If the problem is not solved, i.e. you write the letter of administration, but there is no answer, or mailing comes from an unclear source, then it is quite possible that it is spam. It needs to be blocked separately. In some mail systems there is a button "it is spam" it it is necessary to select opposite to the letter. If there is no such function on your mailbox, then e-mail of the sender of spam should be entered in "black list". To avoid similar troubles, it is not necessary to upload publicly a personal e-mail. Or, at least, to use simple security aids (for example, http://2ip.ru/spambot).
