Instruction
1. Be connected to the Internet by means of the stationary or mobile phone, the USB modem or the DSL line.
2. Collect online information on the providers providing services of access to network by means of the satellite. According to coverage maps check whether the area where you live, gets to an area of coverage of signals from the transponders which are operated those providers whose rates are the most acceptable for you.
3. Having carried out the choice of specific provider and the satellite (transponder), write signal parameters: character speed, frequency, polarization, value of coefficient of FEC, signal intensity. On the basis of these data decide on type of the necessary converter (C- or Ku-range) and diameter of the antenna.
4. Buy the satellite equipment: satellite antenna, network DVB card, converter, antenna cable. Mount it.
5. Install the software for the network interface card, enter signal parameters into the program tuner. Orient the antenna on the satellite so that the program tuner recorded existence of a signal. Exact orientation of the antenna achieve that signal intensity was maximum.
6. Register on the website of satellite provider as the client. After registration confirmation come into the personal account and, using information which is available there, select one of the offered rates.
7. Pay service of Internet access with any of possible ways. Check passing of payment on a balance status in an office – it should display the transferred amount.
8. Select connection type. Usually providers offer a little, each of which has the features. Select that which is optimum for your type of land connection and the mode of work on the Internet.
9. Enter into the required data which are available in a personal account of a form: The MAK address of the network interface card, the selected way of connection. Download the program for it like connection and the data necessary for setup of the DVB card (PID-y, the IP addresses).
10. Being guided by the available instruction, install the program (connection type) on the computer, enter the downloaded data into the program tuning of the DVB card, make necessary settings. Internet access via the satellite should be result of this work. If it did not occur, check settings or contact support of provider.
