If you like mutton and you don't know how tasty to make it, note this recipe. Why? - It is rather simple and doesn't demand a lot of time for preparation of a dish. Only an hour, and a tasty lunch or maybe a dinner is ready.

It is required to you

  • - 1.2 kg of mutton,
  • - 2 bulbs,
  • - 2 carrots,
  • - 0.5 h spoon of a thyme,
  • - 100 ml of water,
  • - 3 eggplants,
  • - 2 tomatoes,
  • - 2 paprikas,
  • - 1 bunch of cilantro,
  • - 3 garlic gloves,
  • - salt to taste.

Instruction

1. Well we wash out mutton, we clean from пленочек and we cut small pieces. We fry meat in the small portions, we pour the emitted juice on other frying pan.

2. Onions are peeled, we cut in small cubes, we fry on juice from frying of meat.

3. We clean carrots, we wash, we cut half rings. As soon as onions become translucent, we add carrots and we fry on average fire ten minutes.

4. In a big frying pan we put mutton, the fried onions with carrots, we season with a thyme, we add water, we salt, we mix and we put on the smallest fire. We extinguish a baking plate a cover about 50 minutes. From time to time we mix.

5. Well we wash out eggplants and paprika, we dry, we cut small pieces. We cut also tomatoes. We crush garlic gloves in any convenient way. We wash cilantro, we slice. We shift vegetables in a frying pan to mutton, we increase fire power to an average, we cover and we extinguish to softness of vegetables, from time to time we mix. Then we add tomatoes and we evaporate liquid.

6. After liquid was evaporated, we cook mutton with vegetables ten minutes and we remove from fire. We season a dish with the crushed cilantro and garlic, we mix, we cover and we leave for five minutes. Mutton is ready, it is possible to give.
