Prunes with nuts and sour cream

The prunes dessert with nuts and sour cream is simple, but very tasty dish which will be ideal for a festive feast or a romantic dinner. The noble combination of prunes to nuts differs in unusual and original taste, and creamy sauce does a dessert gentle and air.

It is required to you

  • - 100 g of a pitted dried prune;
  • - 100 g of the peeled walnuts;
  • - 1 glass of sour cream (15%);
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 100 ml of boiled water;
  • - 1 tablespoon of gelatin.

Instruction

1. We wash prunes and we scald boiled water that it became soft. We put a walnut kernel half in each prunes.

2. Gelatin is filled in with hot water and we stir before its full dissolution.

3. We add sugar to sour cream and we shake up it the mixer. In the shaken-up sour cream we pour in the dissolved gelatin and carefully we mix everything.

4. We spread the prunes filled with nuts in ware for ice cream and we fill in them with the sour cream which is shaken up with gelatin and sugar. The ready dessert will look very beautifully if to use a baking plate it transparent ware.

5. Prunes with smetano-gelatinous filling are removed in the fridge for 1 hour before full hardening.

6. The ready dessert before giving on a table can be strewed with the remains of the crushed walnuts or grated chocolate.
