Build the local area network consisting of two computers does not make what work. The problem is in what usually such connections create to provide both devices with synchronous Internet access.

- Network interface card.
Instruction
1. For creation of the home local area network with Internet access consisting of two computers you will need one more network interface card. Buy this device and connect it to that computer which will get direct access to the Internet.
2. Connect among themselves both computers, using the network cable for this purpose. Open a Network and Sharing Center on the first computer. Create new connection to the Internet and configure it.
3. Open properties of the second network adapter. Pass to TCP/IP protocol tincture. Select the Use the Following IP Address item. Enter in the first field value of the static address, for example 112.112.112.1.
4. Leave for a while the first computer. Turn on the second PC and open settings of the TCP/IP protocol of the network adapter connected to the first computer. You need to configure a communication link with other computer to get Internet access. Fill the following fields (the example of settings is given proceeding from IP value of the first PC):
- The IP address – 112.112.112.2
- A subnet mask – 255.0.0.0
- The main gateway – 112.112.112.1
- The preferred DNS server – 112.112.112.1.
5. Return to the first computer. Open properties of earlier configured connection with the Internet. Select the Access tab. Activate point which is responsible for ensuring access to the Internet of all computers of a certain local area network. In the following field specify your network.
6. Save settings. Be disconnected and reconnect to the Internet.
