1. Registration of the domain and also acquisition of a hosting. At this stage you need to register a domain name for the future website. It is possible to make it at any logger, it is enough to state the corresponding request in any search engine only. At registration of the domain you should specify the real data as further you, perhaps, will need to confirm the property of the website. After you register the domain, buy a hosting which will optimum be the most suitable for your project. To decide on future provider, examine opinions of other owners of the websites on any given hosting.
2. Creation of the website. For creation of the website you can use any CMS (content management system). Today in network there is a set of CMS, both paid, and free. CMS WordPress will become the most convenient for the beginning site builder. Download archive of installation and by means of the FTP manager load files of the website on a hosting. Loading of CMS should be carried out in a website root (the folder with the domain which is created in the control panel of a hosting). After you upload CMS to the site, open the config-sample.php file and set those parameters which were created by you earlier in the line "User Name", "Database Name" and "Password". After that save settings and rename the file into "config.php".
3. After that set a name for the website and fill it with certain information. Filling is carried out via the admin panel, parameters of a login to which you set after placement of the website on a hosting.
