Removal of a mailbox on Mail.ru consists in filling of a special form on this mail service then it is possible to forget the old e-mail postal address with relief.
It is required to you
- - computer with Internet access;
- - web browser Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome.
Instruction
1. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet. Further open the web browser, enter mail.ru into its address bar and wait for loading of the homepage of a mail service. In the upper left corner enter data of the login and the password into a form of authorization and, having clicked "Enter", come into a mailbox.
2. Pay attention to a top panel of management where the Still submenu is located. Select in it the link "Help" and pass according to it for performing further actions for removal of a mailbox.
3. Thumb through the page of the help center Mail.ru down and find Paragraph No. 11 "How to delete a mailbox which is not necessary to me any more?". Click it. It will be offered to you to use the special interface for the purpose of removal of a mailbox. The link of "the special interface" is located a row, click it to pass to the corresponding page.
4. Pass to the form of removal located in "the special interface" and correctly fill its fields, following the specified instructions. Specify the reason of removal of a box in the respective field. "Protection against spam", "Registration of the new address of mail", etc. can be the cause. Further complete removal of a mailbox, having clicked the link "Delete".
