Mail agent – the messenger of online communication opened by mail.ru service in 2003. Like the analogs, the client allows to exchange text messages and multimedia files, to broadcast video calls and to synchronize the program with accounts in social networks.
Instruction
1. As the Mail agent messenger is created at a mail service of mail.ru, access to work with it is allowed only users of an e-mail with the domain on mail.ru. At the same time for creation of the questionnaire it is necessary to register on the social network "My World" connecting users of e-mail mail.ru. As well as in any social network, My World and Mail agent require creations of the authentic questionnaire with the indication of a name, surname and other personal data.
2. If you decided to stop use of Mail agent, delete the program from the computer that it did not take the excess place on a system disk. For this purpose open the Start menu and find in it the section "Installation and Removal of Programs". Pay attention that for work with these functions it is necessary to have the administrator's rights on the computer.
3. The opened menu will show you all programs installed on your computer. Find among them Mail agent label, select it and press the Delete button. Follow hints of a system to complete uninstallation. Confirm the solution of full removal, having clicked "OK".
4. If on your computer "mail.ru Satellite" is installed, reopen the control panel, the Installation and Removal of Programs menu, and the same way delete this addition.
5. Full removal of the questionnaire on Mail agent service requires preliminary removal of the account in "My world". Be authorized on the mailbox to which the questionnaire on social network is attached. Enter "My world" and activate the Setup tab which is in the top toolbar of a line, to the right of the main photo of the page.
6. In "Settings" open the section "Homepage". Go through it down, and you will see the column of removal of the questionnaire "Yes, I want to delete my world, having lost all in-fed information permanently". Click "Delete" and confirm the actions, having clicked "OK".
